Do I have to buy any cameras or software to get Virtual Tours?
No, Summit Seven Virtual Tours are a 100% end-to-end service. Summit Seven capture, process, host and distribute. We do all the work.
Will viewers have to download additional software to view my Summit Seven virtual tours?
No, viewers do not have to download any additional software to view Summit Seven virtual tours.
All you need is a basic PC or Mac running an industry standard Java enabled web browser such as Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator.
If you have XP as your operating system you may need to install the Java Virtual Machine. This is now a standard part of XP but unfortunately some versions were released without it.

Do I have to be present when the photographer is shooting my Summit Seven virtual tour?
No, you don't have to be present during the shooting of your virtual tour, provided you have made prior arrangements for the photographer to have access to the property.
How long does it take for a producer to shoot a Summit Seven virtual tour?
It usually takes just over an hour for a photographer to shoot a virtual tour of 4 scenes.
We ask that you have the property ready for filming at the time of the appointment.
May I decide what interior and exterior shots I want in my Summit Seven virtual tour?
Yes, you may choose any scenes or rooms to be represented in the virtual tour of each property.
Exterior shots are weather permitting.
How do I send a Summit Seven E-mail Virtual tour to others? How do I save it to a floppy disk?
To send the Summit Seven Email Virtual Tour to others, simply attach it to an Email, as you would a Word document, and send.
To save the E-mail virtual tour to a floppy diskette, we recommend that you first download the virtual tour to your hard drive by using the "Save Attachment As..." feature in your E-mail program.
You can rename the file name to any name you choose, but do not change the ".exe" file type.
How do I pay for my Virtual Tour?
Payment is required upon completion.
Account customers will be invoiced and required to pay within 28days.
If I have to cancel my Summit Seven virtual tour shoot, will I still be charged?
There is no charge for canceling your virtual tour shoot if you contact Summit Seven 24 hours prior to the scheduled shoot.
As a courtesy, please contact us as soon as you realise your schedule conflict.
If you do not contact us before the shoot, you will be charged a cancellation fee of £50.00 to cover some of our expenses.
What if I am late or miss my appointment?
The Summit Seven photographer will wait up to 30 minutes after the appointment time until leaving the property for their next appointment.
If you miss the appointment, you will be charged £50.
We also ask that you wait 30 minutes if the photographer is late for the appointment.
What will happen if I am not satisfied with the images?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your virtual tour experience. We will be happy to review the tour and address your concerns.
How do I address security issues with a private property/ location?
License plates, street numbers and names, and identifying signs are routinely erased from a scene during the processing stage to ensure anonymity. Moreover, at your request, personal effects (photographs, paintings, etc.) can be "edited out" to further protect the privacy of the home seller.
Summit Seven do not use the house/flat number in identifying your Virtual Tour.
If you have any concerns about even the home's partial address appearing on the Internet, you must advise Summit Seven when ordering.
